Open Source
We build and maintain a small set of production-ready, open-source AWS Marketplace patterns: easy-to-deploy CloudFormation templates with custom AMIs, autoscaling, SSL, monitoring, and the operational discipline you’d expect from a team that runs production cloud infrastructure for a living.
These patterns let you deploy applications like Discourse, WordPress, Drupal, Mastodon, Jitsi, PeerTube, and more on AWS in a few clicks, with the architecture decisions already made.
Where to find them
The full catalog, documentation, and AWS Marketplace listings now live at fossoncloud.com. That’s where you’ll find product pages, pricing, deployment guides, and release notes.
Why we make them
Building production-grade infrastructure for self-hosted applications takes weeks. We’ve done it many times for clients, and packaged the patterns we trust into reusable templates. Maintaining them in the open lets the broader community benefit, and it keeps our team’s edge sharp on the same primitives we use day-to-day.
If you’re evaluating one of the patterns or want help deploying or extending it, get in touch.
