We’ve spent over a decade building and operating production cloud infrastructure, first on AWS as a Consulting Partner, and increasingly on Azure as well. Cloud DevOps is the practice that anchors everything else we do.
What we deliver
- Solution architecture: multi-account organization design, networking, IAM, application architecture, security baselines
- Infrastructure as code: Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep, with proper module boundaries and a clean Git workflow
- CI/CD pipelines: automated build, test, and deploy across environments using AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
- Migrations: lift-and-shift or rearchitecture, including database migrations using DMS and Schema Conversion Tool
- Cost optimization: Cost Explorer, Reserved Instances, Spot, right-sizing, and the cultural changes that keep costs in check long-term
- Operational discipline: observability, runbooks, on-call patterns, and the small details that make production reliable
How we work
We work as embedded engineers, not deck-builders. We write code, ship infrastructure, and stay long enough to make sure your team can run it without us.
